When will I know my site works costs?

To compile your site costs a site survey is required in which a report will be done. Once the report is completed we will then update the site plan to show the survey and compile the quotes to finalise the costings of your siteworks. A variation is then raised and sent to you to sign off.

Factors that will be taken into account when calculating your site works costs include:

  • Contour Feature survey
  • Engineers report which includes a soil classification assessment and a wind rating assessment
  • Bush Fire Attack (BAL) report (if applicable)
  • Noise Attenuation report (if applicable)
  • Energy Efficiency report
  • Finished floor levels of the home
  • Confirmed compliance with all Shire-related requirements
