To allow us to meet the deadlines for our construction timeframes and get you inside your dream home as soon as can be, our preference is to arrange the supply and install of all products.

If you would like something outside of our standard range, we can source this for you and provide you with a cost to install throughout construction. Or, we can discuss deleting an item so you can install it yourself after handover.

Like everything, there are exceptions to this rule. Say, if you’re a brickie during a brickie shortage. If this is the case, reach out to our Building Manager and we’ll work through the options together.
