You’ll have to look at two things – the width and depth of your block. To help make it easier, most builders – us included – list the frontage of the block required on each home design. If the design says it is 15m, it means the home requires a block at least 15m wide.
The depth of the block can be a little trickier to ascertain as different estates have different setback requirements, so it’s a good idea to ask the Land Developer or your New Homes Consultant about this one.
Worst case, if the design you like doesn’t fit, your New Homes Consultant can suggest another (or design one from scratch) that does.
