As we’ve mentioned before, minor cracking can appear when your house moves due to
shrinkage and settlement (we really can’t help it, sorry!). Small cracks in the slabs and
brickwork aren’t covered by our six month warranty program, but minor cracks in cornices,
plastered walls, and tiles are covered. For any repainting that is covered, we’ll try to match
the existing colour, but only the affected area will be painted, not whole walls/ceilings.
