As mentioned earlier, no matter how carefully our team constructs your house, it’s normal to
have small cracks (up to 1mm wide) appear during the first few months. If your house is on a
reactive clay site, there may be more cracking in the masonry walls, especially if the ground
has had large changes in moisture. Slight cracks can be easily patched up, but cracks larger
than 5mm are a problem and should be fixed by an expert.
