Unfortunately, this one is a big fat no go. If we let other contractors and trades on site it can affect our construction timeframe, warranty periods, and quality control of your home, none of which we want.
There are strict safety and insurance measures in place on all our sites and allowing external trades in will compromise them. So yeah, that’s a no go.
What you can do is have your trades meet you and your Site Supervisor during your scheduled progress meetings to measure up and get all the information they need to get the ball rolling, so they can hit the ground running when construction is complete.
And hit up Pinterest to get some serious interior inspo happening! Do that and the time to handover and getting those external tradies in will fly.
