It’s one of those sad facts of life, it’s all but impossible to organise maintenance at a specific
time – you’ll probably have to take some hard-earned time off. Any tradespeople we organise
to a warranty claim will need access to your house between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm on a
weekday. You’ll also have to clear access to the area by moving any furniture and valuables –
even though they’ll be careful, it’s your responsibility to keep your things safe.
