Was fencing and landscaping part of your package with your land developer? If so, it’s a question for them.

Generally speaking, once you have the keys to your new home (you go Glen Coco), you’ll need to let your land developer know it’s time for fencing and landscaping to begin. They can’t start during the build as it’ll likely get in the way of works or be damaged as trades go in and out. (Brickies and lawns go together about as well as pineapple and pizza. Not well, whatever your pineapple-loving bestie says!).

Same goes if they weren’t in your package. You can get your fencers and landscapers in once you’re in.
