Simply let your New Homes Consultant know you’re interested in this service, and we’ll obtain a demolition licence and arrange for the demolition of your current home using one of our preferred suppliers.
It does mean an additional cost, but we will do our best to haggle this down for you. And of course, if you don’t like the price, you’re free to source the service direct.
