You will see them a number of times throughout your build, but your day-to-day contact will be your Customer Experience Specialist.
That way your VIS (Very Important Supervisor) can stay focused on coordinating and overseeing your site’s daily operations, keeping your tradies accountable, and getting you into your new home, sooner.
