So, you’ve probably gotten the idea from this guide that maintaining your new home is
pretty important. Especially since any damage that occurs to your house because of
misuse or neglect isn’t covered by our warranty (broken record, we know). Also, even
though some items in your home aren’t included in this guide, it’s your responsibility to
look after everything the best you can.
