Warranty – Service Commitments

These are some of the specific warranty-related promises we make:
● Use the form provided to note any issues you have and contact us within the first
year (from your key handover) – we’ll do our best to sort it out.
● We’ll fix any problems caused by substandard workmanship or faulty materials.
● Windows and doors take time to settle, so if needed, we’ll adjust doors, window
sashes, and catches to ensure they work smoothly.
● One of the main things to mention on your twelve-month service form is any minor
cornice cracking caused by settlement – please note the exact locations.
