A builder’s key is a bit like Santa’s magic key. It gives our site supervisors access to every single home under our construction. Can you imagine how many keys they’d have to lug around otherwise?! Not as many as Santa… but close.
For that reason we can’t give you one of our magic keys. H&S and legal and all that. But once your bank has paid your final instalment your key is all yours! And if you think about it, holding out till then makes that day all the more special.
