A builder’s key is a master key that gives our site supervisors access to every home under construction. Without it, they’d need to carry a heap of individual keys for each property!
For safety, security, and legal reasons, we can’t provide these master keys to clients. However, once your bank has released the final payment, you can attend your handover and receive your keys. Our site supervisors will change the locks from construction mode to owner use, so your personal keys will now operate your home securely, and you are ready to go!
