Your garage slab is poured after your home’s brickwork is done to ensure it doesn’t get damaged or get in the way of the work. Because of that, the brickwork extends below your new garage slab, rather than sitting on it.

We leave a temporary gap to ensure the garage slab doesn’t interfere with the alignment of your walls, but it will be filled before handover. Pinky promise.
