How long does it take to build a house once the slab is poured?

It depends on which builder you ask… and whether they’re telling you the truth (yep, we went there).

One of the less desirable things to come out of all those building grants (remember those?) were some trade and material shortages, meaning some builders are now taking up to three years to build a house once the slab is poured. Not us.

We’re happy to say that none of our homes has taken any longer than 12 months to get from earthworks to handover.

How are we doing it? 1) Amazing relationships with our trade and material suppliers, and 2) keeping our finger on the pulse. Yeah, turns out you don’t need a crystal ball to foresee upcoming delays and put a contingency plan in place to ensure they affect your build as little as possible.
