Every home receives a three-stage pre-construction termite treatment at the following stages:
- The entire sand pad is sprayed once earthworks and pre-lay has been completed, prior to the slab even being poured.
- The sand pad is sprayed again just before your garage hardstand is poured.
- The entire perimeter of your home is sprayed prior to brick paving.
At handover you’ll receive a certificate and warranty detailing every treatment and you can forget those pesky pests ever existed.
