Appliances and Warranties

La Vida Homes promises that the goods and materials included in the construction of your
new home are suitable and functional. So, if you arrive to discover that an appliance isn’t
working properly, just get in touch with your Customer Experience Specialist (their details are
on your personalised portal) and we’ll sort it out – you’ll be back on track for your
housewarming party before you know it!

Your appliances are all covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee, which usually lasts for 2-5
years (depending on the supplier). During those 2-5 years, you’ll have to get an authorised
service company to do repairs, otherwise, your guarantees will be void – maybe prove your
skills with building a garden shed instead?
