Visiting your builder’s showroom

This visit is a big part of the early build process. It’s where you get to see, touch, taste (okay, don’t taste) the selections that will soon call your home, home. But there are so many options to choose from when you build with La Vida that we couldn’t possibly fit them all into one Perth showroom. Instead, we teamed up with our premium supplier partners to give you a six-showroom tour. This is a big part of your remarkable move towards your new home.

Your showroom tour covers over 2,000m2 and gives you over 2,000+ products to see, touch, and experience.

Let’s talk about standards. Just because something comes in our standard spec, it doesn’t mean you don’t have choices. You can make any changes you want – maybe it’s a concrete benchtop or to swap appliance brands. Whatever it is, we’re the ones who can make change happen (budget permitting). Your standards may not be so standard after all.

Bathroom tiles, splashback tiles, designer tiles, floor tiles, and commercial tiles. There are over 500 styles to scrutinise so take pics of the ones you like and compare at the end. There’s also adhesive and grouts to see, Laminex cabinetry, and benchtop selections.

Trevors Carpets

Next up, 400m2 of 200+ flooring options. Timber, luxury vinyl planks, carpets, hybrids, laminate, vinyl flooring … who knew flooring could be so remarkable?

Alder Tapware

Then it’s onto the finer details. Tapware and mixes, plus bathroom accessories with lots of working demonstrations on display so you can see how the showers and mixers will work at home.

Regal Concept Design

Time for beautiful bathrooms with over 1,000 remarkable products on display. Caroma, Dada, Seima, Alder Tapware, and more. If a scroll on Insta gets you excited, just imagine how the showroom will make you feel!

Harvey Norman Commercial

Appliance heaven is over 400 products begging to live in your home. This invite-only showroom experience is focused on kitchen appliances, sinks and taps, bathroom fixtures and fittings (taps, basins, toilets, baths etc).

Seima

Your big-ticket bathroom and kitchen items live here. Basins, baths, toilets, taps, showers, bathroom accessories, kitchen sinks, kitchen taps, and sink accessories. These selections are interior gold so bring someone you trust.

Midland Brick

When first impressions are everything, there’s one place you MUST visit. Midland Brick takes care of all your bricks (duh) and paving needs. Really setting the scene for your new Mark.
