Good question! We are open to owner-nominated trades and we have had a few in the know people choose their own brickie, roofie, or painter.

We will accept them on a case-by-case basis for a couple of reasons, so you’ll need to drop their details to your House & Land Specialist who will seek approval from our Group Construction Manager.

Your nominated trades will need to be able to work to our schedule so as not to delay your build and accept what our going rate card is at the time. The work they complete will also need to be proofed and approved by our Group Construction Manager. Quality control is everything in La Vida land.
