Good question! Slab building can seem counter-intuitive, we know, but here’s the 411.
Your garage slab must be 100mm lower than your home’s slab to minimise flooring risks. That’s why we pour your homes slab first and hold off on pouring the garage slab until later (usually around lock up stage), to ensure it doesn’t get damaged or get in the way of your brickwork.
