While you can expect trades to be on site most days, there will be days when no one’s there.

It doesn’t mean there’s a delay in your build. It could be as simple as the weather coming in to play, trades waiting for something they’ve just done to cure and dry, or your build being ahead of schedule! A not so rare occurrence when you build with the best (us 😉).
