All the prices displayed on our website reflect our ‘Make it Yours’ spec. Which comes with all these not-so-standard inclusions*, as standard:
- Your choice of three designer elevations
- Colorbond steel roofing, gutter, fascia, and downpipes
- No-crack GTEK™ plasterboard lined walls, ceilings and cornices throughout
- Undercoat to all internal walls, and internal painting to ceilings, doors, and door frames
- WA-made cabinetry with soft-closing drawers and doors
- Your choice of Alder tapware and fixtures in black, chrome, and nickel
- Premium appliances throughout (including your choice of 2x 600mm ovens OR 1x 900mm oven)
- And peace of mind coverage: a fixed price contract, 6-month maintenance period, home indemnity insurance, and access to a personalised building portal (a.k.a., TM)

Additional items can be added individually (which we can quote for) or selected by choosing a different specification package. To give you an idea, each specification package is approximately $10,000 more than the package below it.
However, the exact costs will depend on the size of the home in question and the cost of materials at the time, as bigger homes require more of everything (stone, cabinetry, labour, etc.) and the cost of both trades and materials is forever fluctuating.
