This is your choice of construction method at no extra cost – brick veneer, double brick, or fully framed. You can choose the right method for your mark, not the other way around.
Eco package
This is the energy efficiency rating on your new home. How many stars means how much heating or cooling you’ll need. We build a fully certified energy-efficient NCC-compliant home as standard, but you can opt to add in eco extras like more insulation and thicker windows for more energy efficiency.

Home automation package
You can turn your house into a smart home with automated … everything. From aircon to lighting, irrigation, security, and entertainment. Let there be light (without getting up)!

Solar package
We’ll throw in a 3.0kW solar system and inverter at no extra cost. But you can upgrade your solar products to make the perfect package. Think: 6kW to 9kW panels, battery packs, smart car charging systems, solar hot water units, and smart monitoring.
