All of our single-storey designs are available in your choice of construction method—brick veneer, double brick, or fully framed—all at no extra cost. We think you should have the freedom to choose the method that suits your needs and style, not the other way around.
Good news—we don’t charge for the time, expertise, or effort that goes into our New Home Consultations or custom designs. We believe these are essential parts of the process, and without them, you’d be heading into the journey blind. That’s just not how we do things.
The only exception is that any custom floorplans we create are copyrighted to La Vida Homes, meaning they can’t be taken and built by another builder. But honestly, that seems pretty fair, right?
