Guarantee Overview:
La Vida Homes is committed to providing an efficient and reliable contract turnaround process. To support our clients with timely service, we offer the following guarantees.
Titled Lots – 4-Week Guarantee
- We guarantee a 4-week contract turnaround (20 business days) from the date we receive all required documentation and information necessary to complete the contract.
- This includes, but is not limited to developer guidelines, final floor plans and elevations, client selections (where applicable), and confirmation of finance pre-approval.
- The 4-week period does not commence until all required items have been submitted in full and deemed satisfactory by La Vida Homes.
Untitled Lots – Extended Turnaround
- For untitled lots, a longer timeframe may apply due to external factors such as land title registration delays or developer restrictions.
- In these cases, La Vida Homes commits to preparing contracts within 8 weeks of receiving all necessary documentation, or sooner where possible.
- This extended period ensures we maintain high quality and efficiency, particularly during peak processing periods.
General Conditions
- The turnaround guarantee is subject to:
- Availability of internal and external resources, including but not limited to drafting services, estimating, and developer approvals.
- No significant changes requested by the client or stakeholders once drafting has commenced.
- No force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, IT disruptions, labour shortages).
- Delays caused by third parties (e.g., developers, banks, consultants) are excluded from this guarantee.
- The guarantee applies only to standard residential home contracts and may not be applicable to custom design projects or non-standard site conditions.
- La Vida Homes may vary or withdraw this promotional offer at any time prior to PPA signing. For clients who have already signed a PPA or building contract, the 4-Week Contract Guarantee will remain as originally agreed at the time of signing.
Breach of Guarantee
- While we strive to honour this commitment, this guarantee is not legally binding and does not constitute grounds for financial compensation or contract termination.
