Promotion Name: “12-Month Price Lock Guarantee – WA”
Promotional Period: Applies to Preparation of Plans Agreements (PPAs) signed between 1 May 2026 and 30 June 2026.
Promoter/Builder: La Vida Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 645 789 993), trading as La Vida Homes WA (BC 103744), of 142 Hasler Road, Osborne Park, WA 6017.
Guarantee Overview:
The 12-Month Price Lock Guarantee ensures that the prices quoted for services and materials in your contract will remain fixed for 12 months from the date the Preparation of Plans Agreement (PPA) is signed, provided that the client complies with the following conditions.
Client Requirements:
To maintain the price lock and avoid any potential price increases, the client must provide the following within the timeframes required by the builder:
- Formal finance approval and proof of funds.
- Settlement on the land.
- Finalisation of prestart selections and sign-off on final plans.
- A land title and practical completion date no later than 10 months from the PPA signing date.
Timeframes and Inclusions:
- The building contract must be signed within the promotional period as specified by the company.
- The price lock guarantee applies only to services and materials explicitly listed in the contract.
- Any changes to the scope of work may result in a re-evaluation of the quoted prices.
Builder’s Responsibilities:
These conditions allow La Vida Homes sufficient time to obtain all necessary approvals, including but not limited to:
- Site survey
- Soil report
- Engineering
- Energy assessment
- Certificate of Design Compliance
- Building Permit
Additional Conditions:
- La Vida Homes reserves the right to amend or cancel the 12-Month Price Lock Guarantee at its sole discretion.
