The name of this promotion is the “Complete Your Survey and Win One of Two $500 Visa Gift Cards”. The Promoter/Builder is La Vida Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 645 789 993) trading as La Vida Homes (BC 103744) of 142 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017, and La Vida Homes SA (BLD 324482) of 19-21 Beulah Rd, Norwood SA 5067 (together referred to as the “Promoter”).
This is a game of chance where two (2) eligible entrants will each win one (1) $500 Visa Gift Card. Simply complete the survey sent to you during the promotional period, and completed surveys will be entered into the draw.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The promotion is valid from 12:01am AWST on 28 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”). To be eligible, completed surveys must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.
1.2 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who are current customers of the Promoter and who receive and complete an eligible survey during the Promotion Period.
1.3 Eligible surveys include:
• Admin Complete
• Brickwork Complete
• Roof Cover
• Key Handover
• Maintenance
1.4 A completed survey is defined as a survey submission where both the Net Promoter Score (NPS) question and the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) question have been answered and scored.
1.5 Eligible participants will receive one (1) automatic entry into the prize draw when an eligible completed survey is received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.
1.6 Limit of one (1) entry per eligible customer during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of eligible surveys completed.
1.7 Entry is automatic upon the Promoter’s receipt of a completed survey submission. No additional action is required.
1.8 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
1.9 Incomplete, duplicate, automated, or otherwise invalid survey submissions may be deemed ineligible at the Promoter’s discretion.
1.10 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, corrupted or unreceived survey submissions, including any delays caused by technical issues or third-party survey platforms.
2. Prizes
2.1 There will be two (2) winners drawn.
2.2 Each winner will receive one (1) $500 AUD Visa Gift Card.
2.3 The prizes will be delivered electronically to the winners using the contact details provided.
2.4 The total prize pool value is $1,000 AUD.
2.5 The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
2.6 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if required.
3. Prize Draw
3.1 The prize draw will take place at 10:00am AWST on 7 July 2026 at La Vida Homes, 142 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017.
3.2 The draw will be conducted electronically using a random selection process.
3.3 The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.
3.4 The winners will be contacted using the contact details associated with their survey submission within seven (7) days of the draw.
3.5 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter may conduct a redraw at 10:00am AWST on 22 July 2026 at La Vida Homes, 142 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017 using an electronic random selection process.
3.6 The winners’ first names and suburb/state may be published on the Promoter’s website or social media channels, unless prohibited by law.
4. Privacy and Survey Responses
4.1 By entering the promotion, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winners.
4.2 Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required for the administration of this promotion or by law.
4.3 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
4.4 Entry into the promotion is not dependent on the content, rating, or score provided within the survey response.
4.5 All completed survey responses qualify equally for entry into the prize draw, regardless of whether feedback is positive, neutral, or negative.
4.6 Survey responses will remain confidential and will not impact the participant’s customer experience or relationship with the Promoter.
5. Liability
5.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prizes.
6. General
6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Western Australia.
