Promotion Name: “12-Month Price Lock Guarantee – SA”
Promoter/Builder: La Vida Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 645 789 993), trading as La Vida Homes SA (BLD 324482), of 19-21 Beulah Road, Norwood, SA 5067.
Guarantee Overview:
The 12-Month Price Lock Guarantee ensures that the prices quoted for services and materials in your contract will remain fixed for 12 months from the date the Preparation of Plans Agreement (PPA) is signed, provided that the client complies with the following conditions.
Client Requirements:
To maintain the price lock and avoid any potential price increases, the client must, to the best of their ability and within a reasonable timeframe, provide:
- Formal finance approval and proof of funds.
- Settlement on the land.
- Finalisation of selections and sign-off on final plans.
Timeframes and Inclusions:
- For title dates 6 months or more from the PPA date, a fixed delayed titles amount will be added to the base price, based on the most current land title information.
- The building contract must be signed within the promotional period as specified by the company.
- The price lock guarantee applies only to services and materials explicitly listed in the contract.
- Any changes to the scope of work may result in a re-evaluation of the quoted prices.
Builder’s Responsibilities:
These conditions allow La Vida Homes sufficient time to obtain all necessary approvals, including but not limited to:
- Soil report
- Engineering
- Energy assessment
- Development Approvals
Additional Conditions:
- La Vida Homes reserves the right to amend or cancel the 12-Month Price Lock Guarantee at its sole discretion.
