The name of this promotion is ‘Refer a Mate’. The Promoter/Builder is La Vida Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 645 789 993) trading as La Vida Homes SA BLD 324482 of 19-21 Beulah Rd, Norwood SA 5067.
The promotion is valid from 10 August 2026 (‘Start Date’) and will remain open until the Promoter withdraws or closes it (‘Promotion Period’).
1. This promotion involves a $2,500 AUD referral payment to an existing La Vida client who successfully refers a new client to La Vida Homes WA during the Promotion Period, and a $2,500 AUD selections allowance to the new client.
2. The referral payment is paid for each client that is referred, with no limit of persons that can be referred (i.e. one person successfully referred equals a $2,500 referral payment; two persons successfully referred equals a $5,000 referral payment). NB: ‘new client’ is to be viewed as the party/ies to a building contract. Should there be two or more persons named on a contract, for these Terms & Conditions they are to be viewed as one client.
3. To be eligible to take part in this promotion, the referrer must:
- Be an existing La Vida client.
- Be over the age of eighteen years.
- Obtain the consent of the referee to provide their details to La Vida Homes.
- Submit the referee’s details (first name, last name and contact number) to a La Vida Homes Sales Consultant. If any other enquiry process is taken by the referee (say, your referee enquires via an external broker or on our website), the offer will not apply.
4. To be eligible to take part in this promotion, the referee must:
- Mention the referrer by name during their first appointment with La Vida Homes and
Ssign up with an in-house Sales Consultant for La Vida Homes (not a building broker).
- Have entered into a building contract to construct a dwelling with La Vida Homes.
- Must be a new client of La Vida Homes and not have enquired previously or been referred by another person.
5. The $2,500 referral payment will be paid via bank transfer to the referrer’s nominated bank account within 30 days of slab down for the referee’s build.
6. The $2,500 selections allowance will be applied to the new client’s selections variation.
6. You must disclose to your friend or family member about the existence of this offer when engaging in the referral.
7. You must not make any representations about La Vida Homes service/product that is outside of your knowledge. La Vida Homes holds no liability for any representations made by third parties that have not been approved by La Vida Homes.
8. All ancillary costs associated with redeeming the offer are the responsibility of the referrer. Independent financial advice should be sought by the winner as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the offer.
9. This offer is a promotional offer only and is not to be considered as an engagement of employment or otherwise.
10. La Vida Homes reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions associated with this promotion if considered necessary, without notice.
11. If the referee’s contract is to cancel, this promotion becomes null and void.
12. Entry into this promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
