The name of this promotion is the ‘Review for Riches Giveaway’. The Promoter/Builder is La Vida Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 645 789 993) trading as La Vida Homes (BC 103744) of 142 Hasler Road, Osborne Park, WA 6017, and La Vida Homes SA (BLD 324482 of 19-21 Beulah Rd, Norwood SA 5067 (together referred to as the “Promoter”).
This is a game of chance that gives one (1) lucky legend the opportunity to win a $500 Visa Gift Card. We want your honest tea! Whether you’re currently building or already living your best life in a La Vida home, we want to hear about it.
1. Eligibility
The promotion is valid from 12PM 28/01/26 to 11:59PM 1/02/26.
To be eligible to snag the prize, entrants must meet the following conditions:
1.1 Leave a review: Head over to our ProductReview.com.au page via the link in our email and leave a review about your experience with La Vida Homes.
1.2 Be a real one: You must be an actual client (past or present) of La Vida Homes.Make sure that your Display Name is the same name that is on your La Vida contract (so we can easily verify you)
1.3 Say Cheese: Agree to have your identity (first name and last initial) made public when we announce the winner.
1.4 The Fine Print: This promotion is open to Australian residents ONLY, and entrants must be over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of entry.
2. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive:
- $500 Visa Gift Card (Digital or Physical, at the Promoter’s discretion).
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or swapped for other upgrades. It’s $500 for you to spend on whatever you like.
3. How We Pick the Winner
We’ll be using a random generator to pick the winner from all eligible reviews submitted during the promotional period. This draw will take place at the La Vida Homes Head Office on Monday 2nd February at 10:00 AM.
Entry into this promotion means you’ve read and agreed with these terms and conditions. The decision of La Vida Homes is final.
4. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their La Vida Homes account (the one we sent the invite to!).
Pro tip: Keep an eye on your inbox! If we don’t hear back from the winner within three (3) days, we’ll have to pull another name from the hat and give the prize to someone else. Don’t ghost us!
5. General Conditions
5.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process, submitting multiple entries using fake accounts, or engaging in conduct deemed fraudulent, misleading, or contrary to the spirit of the competition.
5.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if events beyond its control (including but not limited to technical failures, pandemics, or natural disasters) affect its integrity or proper conduct.
