1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is La Vida Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 645 789 993), trading as La Vida Homes WA (BC 103744) of 142 Hasler Road, Osborne Park, WA 6017 (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is free and open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years and over.
2.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, its related entities, and their agencies are not eligible to enter.
2.3 By entering, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition runs throughout the Perth Glory 2025/2026 A-League Men’s Season (home games only) and closes at 12.00am AWST on 26 April 2026.
3.2 Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must:
- Scan the La Vida Homes QR code displayed at any Perth Glory home game during the Competition Period; and
- Complete and submit the online entry form in full.
4.2 Each person may enter once per home game. Duplicate or incomplete entries will not be considered valid.
4.3 By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from La Vida Homes, including newsletters, updates, and promotional offers. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
5. Prize Details
5.1 One (1) official Perth Glory jersey signed by the team will be given away at each Perth Glory home game during the Competition Period.
5.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Determination
6.1 One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received at each Perth Glory home game.
6.2 Each draw will take place within five (5) business days following the relevant home game.
6.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification & Prize Collection
7.1 Each winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the game they entered.
7.2 Each winner’s name may be published on La Vida Homes’ official website and social media channels.
7.3 The signed jersey will be available for collection from Merchandise Pod 2 in the East Grandstand at HBF Park, under the winner’s name.
7.4 The winner must collect their prize within 30 days of notification. Failure to collect may result in forfeiture, and the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize.
8. General Conditions
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits entries using multiple identities or false information.
8.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
8.3 The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to this competition is final.
8.4 If the competition is interfered with in any way or is unable to be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to factors beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition.
9. Privacy
9.1 By entering, entrants agree that their personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at www.lavidahomes.com.au/privacy-policy.
9.2 Entrants’ personal information will be used to administer the competition and contact the winner, and may be used for La Vida Homes’ marketing purposes.
9.3 Personal information will not be shared with any third party except as required by law.
