The name of this promotion is the “Ho-Ho-Home Hampers Christmas Giveaway”. The Promoter/Builder is La Vida Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 645 789 993) trading as La Vida Homes WA (BLD 324482) of 142 Hasler Rd, Osborne Park WA 6017.
This is a competition of chance that gives entrants the opportunity to win one (1) of three (3) hampers. Together, the three hampers have a total prize pool value of $6,306 AUD. The promotion is valid from 5th December 2024 (“Start Date”) to 16th December 2024 (“End Date”).
Over the promotional period, the three (3) prize hampers will be promoted collectively via the competition Instagram post. To be eligible for the promotion, entrants must meet the following conditions:
- Enter the competition via the Instagram post promoting the giveaway and follow all entry instructions (follow @LaVidaHomesWA, comment their favourite hamper + tag at least one friend, and share the post/stories tagging La Vida Homes WA).
- Agree to have their identity (via their first and last name) made public in the announcement of the winner.
- Be available to collect their prize from La Vida Homes’ Head Office in Osborne Park before 19th December 2025 or otherwise arrange collection as agreed with the Promoter.
Note: This promotion is open to Western Australian (WA) residents ONLY, and entrants must be over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of entry. Entrants must also have a public Instagram account for the purpose of entry verification.

The prize cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other special offers by La Vida Homes.
Winner Notification
The winners will be notified via Instagram in response to their entry. Following confirmation of age and WA residency, each winner (including their full name) will be announced on La Vida Homes’ Instagram page.
Should no response be received by a winner within three (3) days of notification, a new winner will be selected at random.
Winner Selection
This draw will be open to the public, and the winning entries will be drawn at random by La Vida Homes at its Perth Office on 16th December 2025. Entry into this promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The decision of La Vida Homes shall be final and shall not be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
General Conditions
La Vida Homes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if events beyond its control (including but not limited to technical failures, pandemics, or natural disasters) affect its integrity or proper conduct. Should the competition be cancelled, a cancellation notice would be advertised on La Vida Homes’ Instagram page.
Employees, relatives, and associates of La Vida Homes and its related companies are not eligible to enter.
Fake profiles or accounts created solely for the purpose of entering competitions are not eligible to win.
