Selections stage part one: exploring your options
It’s time to dive into your personalised selections portal and start locking in the details.
Inside your portal you can review and select things like:
- colour palettes
- finishes
- fittings
- materials
- design options
These are the choices that really bring your home to life and make it feel like a true reflection of your style. To help with this, we also recommend visiting our trusted supplier showrooms so you can see and feel the products in person.

Selections stage part two: let’s meet in person
Now it’s time to bring everything together.You’ll meet with your Customer Experience Specialist—the person who will guide you through your selections like a pro.
During this meeting you’ll:
- review samples
- confirm colours and finishes
- finalise flooring
- confirm electrical and fitting selections
- make any final adjustments
At this point, your home’s look and feel is really starting to take shape.Once everything is locked in, we finalise the Selections costing, bring in our drafting team, and begin preparing the working drawings. Which means your build is officially one step closer to construction.
