The name of this promotion is the “Christmas in July Giveaway”, run in partnership between La Vida Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 645 789 993), trading as La Vida Homes SA (BLD 324482) of 19-21 Beulah Rd, Norwood SA 5067 and Rinnai Australia Pty Ltd.
This competition is a game of chance giving eligible entrants the opportunity to win a Rinnai ES1000 Electric Fireplace. The promotion will launch on Instagram the week of 20th July 2026 and close at 11:59PM AWST on 23rd July 2025. Winner will be drawn and announced on 24th July 2026 via the La Vida Homes Instagram account.
There will be one (1) winner in total. To be eligible for the competition, entrants must meet the following conditions:
• Like the competition post on La Vida Homes Instagram
• Follow @la_vida_homes_sa and @rinnai_au
• Tag at least one friend in the comments of the Christmas in July Giveaway post
• Reside in SA at the time of entry
• Be aged 18 years or over
Bonus Entry: Sharing the post to Instagram Stories and tagging @la_vida_homes_sa will count as one (1) additional entry.
The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram. Once age and state of residence are verified, the winners’ first name and last initial will be announced on La Vida Homes’ Instagram account. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new eligible winner will be drawn for that state.
The prize consists of one (1) Rinnai ES1000 Electric Fireplace. Installation is not included and must be arranged independently by the winner.
If for any reason, the advertised prize becomes unavailable, La Vida Homes and Rinnai Australia reserve the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value.
Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The decision of La Vida Homes is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
La Vida Homes reserves the right to alter or amend the competition terms, modify entry criteria, or cancel the competition at any time without notice. Should the competition be cancelled, all entries and associated data will be removed, and cancellation will be communicated on La Vida Homes’ Instagram page.
This promotion is not open to employees, relatives, or associates of La Vida Homes, Rinnai, or affiliated companies.
The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other promotions offered by La Vida Homes or Rinnai.
