“Traditionally, customers pick a plan that’s close to what they want, then go through multiple rounds of changes to get it right,” says La Vida Homes’ Design and Drafting Manager, Jake Smith.
“Mark+ cuts down a lot of that back-and-forth. Customers can explore options and make key decisions earlier, which leads to fewer revisions and a more efficient drafting process.”
