This is the energy efficiency rating on your new home. How many stars means how much heating or cooling you’ll need. We build a fully certified energy-efficient NCC-compliant home as standard, but you can opt to add in eco extras like more insulation and thicker windows for more energy efficiency.

Home automation package
You can turn your house into a smart home with automated … everything. From aircon to lighting, irrigation, security, and entertainment. Let there be light (without getting up)!
