Put simply, a house and land package is a convenient combo. A block of land offered by a developer, teamed up with a brand-new home design from a builder. 

You’ll find a range of these ready-to-go options under our ‘House and Land’ section. Don’t see one that fits? No worries, we can tailor a package just for you from the ground up. 

Choosing a House and Land package can also make securing finance a whole lot simpler. Why? Because you only need to apply for one loan rather than juggling two separate ones for land and construction.

If you’re searching for house and land packages in Perth WA, you’re in the right spot. Our options cover everything from the far north to the deep south and out east, too.

When you’ve found the right match, there will be a couple of contracts to go through. Even though it’s a bundled deal, the land and the house come with separate agreements. In most cases, yes—stamp duty still applies (the government never misses a beat!). But if you’re a first home buyer, there’s good news. You won’t pay any stamp duty at all if your land is priced under $350,000. And if it falls between $400,000 and $450,000, you’ll be eligible for a reduced, concessional rate.

If you’re not buying your first home, you’ll still catch a break—you’ll only pay stamp duty on the land portion, not the house build. That means you could end up paying significantly less than if you were buying an existing home. We’ll take that as a win.
