WA Terms and Conditions
The name of this promotion is the “BYO Land Campaign”. The Promoter/Builder is La Vida Australia
Pty Ltd (ABN 36 645 789 993), trading as La Vida Homes WA BC 103744 of 142 Hasler Road,
Osborne Park, WA 6017.
The offer is valid from 1st August 2024 (“Start Date”) on all PPAs signed before 31st March 2025 (“End Date”). To be eligible for the BYO Land Campaign, the proposed job must meet the following conditions:
- The property is in a Greenfield Estate within the Perth metropolitan area from Two Rocks in
the North, Armadale in the East, to Mandurah in the South (does not include any infill lots in
established suburbs or lots that require planning approval or traffic management); and - The house is a single-story house (does not include subdivisions, Brownfield blocks of land,
battle axe blocks or strata lots); and - At time of PPA signing, the owner must have a signed Offer and Acceptance (O&A) on the
lot, which must be on a green title, in a Greenfield Estate within La Vida’s standard building
boundaries; and - The job must comply with all conditions outlined in the executed building contract.
If these conditions are met, La Vida Homes WA guarantees:
- A 12-month price hold period*:
