The name of this promotion is the “12 months price lock guarantee – SA”. The Promoter/Builder is La Vida Homes SA Pty Ltd (ABN 73 664 557 395), BLD 324482 of 19-21 Beulah Road, Norwood, SA 5067.
The 12-Month Price Lock Guarantee ensures that the prices quoted for services and materials remain fixed for a period of 12 months from the date the PPA is signed.
To avoid any potential price increases, the client must provide the following to the best of their ability and within a reasonable timeframe;
- Formal finance and proof of funds
- Settlement on the land
- Prestart selections finalised and signed off on final plans
- The land must also be at practical completion and titled no closer than 10 months after PPA signing
Complying with these conditions allow the builder time for building approvals including survey, soil report, engineering, energy assessment, certificate of design compliance and building permit.
- For titles dates that are 6 months from the PPA date or late, a fixed delayed titles amount will be included into the base price based on the most current land title information.
- The contract must be signed within the promotional period specified by the company.
- The guarantee applies to all services and materials explicitly listed in the contract.
- Any changes in the scope of work may result in a re-evaluation of prices.
