The name of this promotion is “Refer a friend”. The Promoter/Builder is La Vida Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 645 789 993) trading as La Vida Homes WA BC 103744 of Unit 3 – Level 1, 76 Hasler Road, Osborne Park, WA 6017.

The offer is valid from 1st FEB 2021 (“Start Date”) until otherwise noted on this website (“End Date”) (collectively, “the Promotion Period”).

1. This offer involves a $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) AUD referral payment to persons that successfully refer a client to La Vida Homes WA during the Promotion Period, and an additional $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) AUD prestart allowance to the client.
2. The referral payment is paid for each client that is referred, with no maximum amount set of persons that can be referred (i.e. one person successfully referred equals a $1,000 referral payment; two persons successfully referred equals a $2,000 referral payment). NB: ‘client’ is to be viewed as the party/ies to a building contract. Should there be two or more persons named on a contract, for these Terms & Conditions they are to be viewed as one client.
3. To be eligible to receive this offer, the referrer must:
   1. Be over the age of eighteen years.
   2. Ensure their referred friend notes the referral on their Preliminary Works Agreement.
   3. Have entered into a building contract to construct a dwelling with La Vida Homes WA.
   4. Referred friends must be new clients to La Vida Homes WA and not have enquired previously.
   5. Have obtained the consent of the person they are referring to provide their details to La Vida Homes.
4. The $1,000* referral payment will be paid as a voucher (Coles/Myer, Harvey Norman, Bunnings, or Prepaid Mastercard) to the referrer when the referee’s home has commenced construction (slab-down stage). The client’s prestart allowance will be applied at prestart.
5. You must disclose to your friend or family member about the existence of this offer when engaging in the referral.
6. You must not make any representations about La Vida Homes WA’s service/product that is outside of your knowledge. La Vida Homes WA holds no liability for any representations made by third parties that have not been approved by La Vida Homes WA.
7. All ancillary costs associated with redeeming the offer are the responsibility of the referrer. Independent financial advice should be sought by the winner as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the offer.
8. This offer is a promotional offer only and is not to be considered as an engagement of employment or otherwise.
9. La Vida Homes WA reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions associated with this promotion if considered necessary, without notice.
10. If the referee’s contract is to cancel, this offer becomes null and void.
11. Entry into this program is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
