Terms and Conditions

The name of this promotion is the “Win a Corporate Box Competition”. The Promoter/Builder is La Vida Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 645 789 993) trading as La Vida Homes WA BC 103744 of Ground Floor, 142 Hasler Road, Osborne Park, WA 6017.

This is a competition of chance that gives entrants the opportunity to win a fully catered Corporate box for 12 people at the Perth Glory game on Sunday 10^th November. The promotion is running from valid from 28^th October 2024 (“Start Date”) to 4^th November 2024 (“End Date”).

Over the promotional period, one (1) corporate box will be up for grabs. To be eligible for the promotion entrants must meet the following conditions:

• Enter the competition as per the instructions of the competition by signing up to the La Vida Homes newsletter database and following the La Vida Homes WA Instagram account.
• Agree to have their identity (via their first and last name) made public in the announcement of the winner.
• Available to utilise their prize on Sunday 10^th November 2024 only.

Note: This promotion is only open to West Australian (WA) residents ONLY, and entrants must be over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of entry.

The winner will be notified via email in response to their entry, and following their confirmation of age and WA residency, the winner (including their name) will be announced via the Perth Glory Email Newsletter and on La Vida Homes’ Facebook and or Instagram page. Should no response be received by the winner within three (3) days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

This draw will be open to the public and the winning entry will be drawn at random by La Vida Homes at its Head Office. Entry into this promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions. The decision of la Vida Homes shall be final and shall not be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.

La Vida Homes reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions associated with this competition, amend the rules or cancel the competition at any time, and without notice. Should the competition be canceled, all entries received and personal information provided will be removed. Further, the cancellation will be advertised on La Vida Homes Facebook & Instagram pages.

Employees, relatives, and associates of La Vida Homes and associated companies are not eligible to enter.

The prize cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other special offers by La Vida Homes.
