These Terms and Conditions apply to the rebate offer (“Offer”) provided by La Vida Homes Western Australia (“La Vida”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to eligible sponsors and community partners (“Partners”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Offer is available exclusively to individuals who have a direct referral link to an approved La Vida Homes Western Australia community partner or sponsor at the time of deposit.
1.2 The purchaser (“Client”) must mention the unique Partner code at the time of first contact with La Vida Homes Western Australia and no later than the initial consultation. Mentions after this time may not be eligible for the Offer.
1.3 The Client must enter into a Residential Building Contract with La Vida Homes Western Australia for the construction of a new home within Western Australia.
1.4 The Offer is not available to clients who are already engaged with La Vida Homes Western Australia prior to the introduction or referral.
2. Rebate Details
2.1 If eligible, both the participating Partner and the referred Client will each receive a rebate of $2,500 (inclusive of GST), once all Offer conditions have been met.
2.2 The rebate is payable once the referred Client has reached construction commencement (slab down stage), or another agreed milestone as determined by La Vida Homes Western Australia.
2.3 Rebates will be paid directly to the Partner and the Client via EFT.
2.4 Rebates are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash outside the specified payment process.
2.5 Only one rebate is available per eligible Residential Building Contract per referred Client.
3. Verification and Approval
3.1 All referrals are subject to verification and approval by La Vida Homes Western Australia.
3.2 La Vida Homes Western Australia reserves the right to confirm a genuine, pre-existing relationship exists between the Client and the Partner prior to the Client’s first engagement with La Vida.
3.3 Rebates will not be issued for Clients who cannot be verified as genuine referrals or who fail to meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
4. Partner Obligations
4.1 Partners must not engage in false, misleading, or deceptive conduct in promoting La Vida Homes Western Australia or the Offer.
4.2 Partners may be required to sign a partnership agreement or declaration to access the Offer.
5. General Conditions
5.1 This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless otherwise approved in writing by La Vida Homes Western Australia.
5.2 La Vida Homes Western Australia reserves the right to vary, withdraw, or suspend the Offer at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice.
5.3 Any decisions made by La Vida Homes Western Australia regarding eligibility, rebate payments, or any disputes are final.
5.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
6. Privacy
6.1 Personal information collected for the purposes of administering this Offer will be handled in accordance with La Vida Homes Western Australia’s Privacy Policy, available at www.lavidahomes.com.au.
