Three bedrooms
If the words ‘smaller, less to clean’ speak to you, then 3 bed home designs are the way to go. These designs are cute and compact, while the open plan living area keeps things feeling spacious. It’s perfect for a Marie Kondo-approved minimalist life or if you have a small family (and are happy to keep it that way thanks!).
Four bedrooms
The Aussie dream. A roomy house that fits the kids plus any relatives/friends crashing after too many wines. Sometimes you just need a bit of your own space and that’s when having a large house comes in handy – time to marathon true crime in the theatre room?
Homes under $200k
You don’t have to go as far as Anna Delvey to afford the perfect house – we’ve got homes under $200K that are chic and don’t include a stay behind bars! The smart design means these houses still include everything you need, with little luxuries like walk in wardrobes as well.
Homes under $250k
For an extra $50K, the size is generous, with options for a theatre room and a separate guest wing (or a soundproof kids’ wing). Home designs under $250K suit larger families, keen to include space for sane WFH setups and master suites with actual privacy.
