Guten Tag! Meet Stephanie, our maintenance specialist extraordinaire! Originally from Dresden, Germany, Stephanie fell in love with Australia after backpacking around the country in 2011, before settling down in Perth where she now lives with her husband, daughter, and cute doggo. Working in the building industry is practically a family tradition for Stephanie, with her whole family on her Dad’s side working in building. After several years working in hospitality, she thought she would give it a crack and hasn’t looked back. Working her way up from a receptionist position, before moving into client service and maintenance, she has now racked up 8 years of building experience. The thing she loves most about working with La Vida, is that the staff experience is just as important as the client experience, and she loves the support she gets from her team and co-workers. And as a coffee lover, the office coffee machine is a big perk too!
