Your perfect day in St Ives Roseworthy could look a little something like this: Grocery run at the farmers markets to pick up some local produce for dinner. Drop into town to pick up a gift for a friend (and some new threads and other wares for you too). An afternoon pitstop at one of the nearby cellar doors for a tasting and a bottle to pair with the morning’s produce. On the way home you’ll call into the Roseworthy Hotel for a quick drink with your friend, and end up staying for dinner. The produce was so fresh it can wait till tomorrow anyway.

That’s life in St Yves, just 35 minutes north of the Adelaide CBD in the Barossa Valley. The Barossa is home to some of the country’s oldest vineyards so there’s plenty to enjoy already. But it’s what’s coming next that’s really got us excited.

The new town centre will offer 8000sqm of specialty shops and services, a supermarket, a medical and wellness precinct (this town gets selfcare), numerous food and beverage outlets, and more. It’s a serve of the past with a modern twist, and it goes down a treat.
